The Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association (LCHRMA) awards scholarships to residents of Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, and Pacific county who are graduating high school seniors or current college students.

The money raised throughout the year at the Lower Columbia Human Resources Management Association (LCHRMA) events and seminars goes towards supporting our community, including scholarships of up to $3000.
Our 2024 scholarship can be used for tuition, books, and/or school fees and is available to residents of Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, and Pacific (WA) counties who are:
➢ Graduating High School Seniors
➢ Current College Students
