Greg Sammis and Marie Bjornson are experienced facilitators and coaches with a passion for helping professionals grow through meaningful, practical learning experiences. With over 20 years of experience for Greg and 16+ years for Marie, they’ve partnered with organizations such as Amazon, LinkedIn, REI, Sephora, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Credit Karma. Both are certified Crucial Learning trainers and have been delivering impactful courses—including for LC SHRM since 2017. Based in Charlotte, NC, they teach and coach leaders around the world, bringing energy, empathy, and real-world insight to every session.
