The "Legendary Leadership Essentials" class is designed to equip participants with the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership – leadership that makes you more than memorable, it makes you legendary. In today's dynamic and competitive business environment, strong leadership is essential for driving teams towards success and achieving organizational goals. At the end of this presentation attendees will:

1. Recognize and address emotions in the moment
2. Learn tools for giving and receiving meaningful feedback
3. Understand the basis for building trusting relationships
4. Have the framework for creating psychological safety in teams

Sarah Elkinton is a Sr. HR Business Partner at Asante Health System in Southern Oregon.  She is also a proud 17-year SHRM Volunteer Leader serving both the local Rogue Valley Chapter and currently Oregon State Council Director. She has HR experience in a variety of industries, including grocery retail, manufacturing, call center, and health care. She has a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Organizational Training and Development, both from Southern Oregon University. Sarah is passionate about supporting leaders in their development to create work atmospheres that are fun, fair, and thriving!
