As change and conflict become the norm, great leadership becomes more vital than ever before. “Nourish your leadership style“ unlocks the keys that help you understand your style, become a more effective leader, and guide your organization through today’s challenging times. You’ll understand more about your strengths and weaknesses, and how to use those strengths in some of those particularly “interesting” situations. With engaging activities and great discussion, see for yourself what works and how to improve what does not. You’ll walk away a stronger leader, better able to handle conflict and change, and transform your organization.

Learning objective #1: understand what is happening in organizations today that leads to greater change and ensuing conflict

Learning objective #2: study your own leadership style, identifying your personal strengths and weaknesses

Learning objective #3: see how the conflict and communication styles of others impact you, and how you can respond more effectively to them

Learning objective #4: develop strategies for effectively resolving conflict in a more compassionate, empathetic, and effective way

Learning objective #5: lead your team to a new and more effective culture
