Is Pay Equity on your 2023 list of things to do? The pandemic reprioritized most of our organizational goals for the past couple years and, let’s be honest, pay equity is a hard one for most organization to get their arms wrapped around. Join us for an overview of Oregon’s Pay Equity law, tips and tricks from lessons learned and success stories, and what you can do to protect your organization going forward. This will be an interactive session, so bring your success stories as well (we won’t put you on the spot for lessons learned) and great questions.

Laurie Grenya, our presenter, possesses over 22 years of Human Resources experience. She has been with HR Answers for six years and became the owner and president this past year. Laurie has extensive knowledge and understanding of compensation work and Human Resource management for all sizes of organizations. Laurie has extensive experience working with executive, management, and staff in group settings and in one-on-one meetings to explain and exchange information. She has a passion for effective management and a keen eye for alternative solutions within best practice and acceptable risk.

This meeting will provide one hour of PDC for SHRM certified and HRCI certified credit.
